1. Above solar street lighting system configurations are based on scientific calculation and engineering project experience. They are suitable for areas with annual average peak power sunshine of 4.5hrs per day. Battery capacity is designed for 3 days backup in cloudy or rainy weather.
2. The solar street lighting system configurations can be customized based on client's specific project requirement and weather condition. 
3. The batteries are suggested to be placed in battery box and buried in a underground cement pit. In this way, it can avoid over-high temperature due to sunshine exposure or too cold weather in Winter, waterproof and theft-proof, easy for replacement in late period. 
4. The pole patterns are standardized type, practical and economical, which can also be customized as per client's specific requirement. 
5. All parts are certified by ISO 9001 and ISO 45001certificates, meeting international standard.

Q1:What is the delivery time for bulk orders?

A:It usually takes 10-15 days to manufacture the entire set of outdoor lights. Shipping time depends on the destination port.

Q2:What are your payment terms?

A:We typically accept T/T: 30% in advance and 70% before shipping.Please contact us for other options.

Q3:What is your sample policy?We ofer limited free samples for smaller items like LED street lamps.For larger items like A:steel poles and solar street ights, we chargea discounted fee, which is refunded upon placing a bulk order.

Q4:How long is your warranty period?

A:Warranty periods vary by product: 6 years for solar street lights,5 years for LED street lights, and up to 20 years for lighting poles.

Q5:What is your after-sales policy?

A:We include spare parts with bulk orders. lf any components fal during the warranty period, we wil promptly send replacements for free
